MPWR Basin is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering, educating, and equipping the next generation of leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals in the Permian Basin. We believe that community prosperity starts with people, and that lasting regional impact comes from investing in talent, confidence, and opportunity.

To empower emerging leaders, aspiring entrepreneurs, and career-focused individuals with hands-on, real-world learning experiences that build skills, confidence, and clarity for a lifetime of impact.

We deliver immersive leadership programs, entrepreneurship education, and financial capability experiences guided by mentors, industry professionals, and community leaders. Participants graduate with the tools and networks to navigate career challenges, launch initiatives, and contribute to a thriving regional economy.
